The main objective of this family counseling centre is to resolve the family related disputes by mutual counseling and without going to the police or the court of law.Chaitanya Bharathi,with the help of counselors play the facilitator role in solving the disputes.

The disputes arise due to Dowry demand,divorce intercaste marriages,love failures,extra marital relations,addiction to alchohol and drugs,economic crisis,personality differences, etc.Chaitanya Bharathi with the support of Dept. of Women and child Development ,Central Social Welfare Board,GOI,New Delhi established the centre at Vizianagaram to settle the family disputes with the following services.
