The society in constituted by a General Body in which for the time being there are 24 members. The General Body in its annual meeting elects a Governing Body consisting of 7 members including the office bearers. The Governing Body meets at least onee in 3 months in a year to decide up on the programmes and activities of the society.

The members are very knowledged persons with empathy for the needy and poor mass. They are pro-poor in mentality and contributed considerably to take up several activities. They have great concern for the society and its development programmes.

Chaitanya Bharathi is governed by an Executive Body consisting of 7 members who are elected by the General Body in every two years. The Secretary is the chief functionary of the organisation and heads all its projects.
