Chaitanya Bharathi is a Non-political, Non-Profitable, Voluntary service / development organisation. "Working for A Change" among the downtrodden communities in North Coastal Districts of Andhra Pradesh. Chaitanya Bharathi is concentrating mainly on Health, Education, Environment, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Disabled People Welfare, Fishermen community welfare with a particular reference to Tribal, Rural and Urban Poor, Women and Children.
Mr. K. Manmadha Rao, who is an young and energetic social worker and have concern to "Work for A Change" among the poor in the society. Mr. K.Manmadha Rao, is a post-graduate in Economics with first class and also the founder member/Executive Secretary of the organisation along with his like minded friends initiated Chaitanya Bharathi. The President of Chaitanya Bharathi is Prof. B.R.K. Raju who is a prominent, eminent and elite person in India, who always guides the team of "Chaitanya Bharathi" in a proper direction to achieve the organisation's ultimate objective of "Sustainable Development" Hence, it is very much essential to brief about the main pillars of "Chaitanya Bharathi". They are (1) Prof. B.R.K.Raju (Late), Ex-President, (2) Mr. K.Srinivasa Rao -President and (3) Mr. K.Manmadha Rao founder member and Executive Secretary of Chaitanya Bharathi.
The name of our Society is "Chaitanya Bharathi". The word "Chaitanya" means creating awareness among all communities to be self-reliant in all aspects. The word "Bharathi" is our aspiration and hope to extend our services througout India.
Chaitanya Bharathi is a Registered society under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. It is Registered on 7th December 1991, bearing Registration Number is 267/91. Since inception of Chaitanya Bharathi, it has been concentrating on Environment Education, Health, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Disabled People Welfare, Fishermen community welfare etc. The prioritised and need based Issues related to the community with a particular reference to the women and children of Rural, Urban and Tribal poor.
Chaitanya Bharathi strongly believes that Awareness Generation and Educating the community are the keys to bring change in the communities to be self reliant in all aspects. |
